“My cousin had her crochet locs done by Kim and they looked really good, so I came through. Kim is a good communicator, responsive to texts, and has a pleasant personality. She does a great and quick job (about 3 hrs).The shop itself was a nice vibe. Not fancy but not tore down either. I love that the female clients were all getting “natural” looking hairstyles - braids, locs, twists. No burnt hair smell in here! And there is a beauty supply store next door with many options of hair and other products.And the male barber was taking care of business! Perfect cuts and styling. He had a lot of teen clients brought in by their parents. I heard him tell one of them to needs to bring his report card in the next time. :-)It was refreshing to read a “be respectful, no cursing,” sign. And the stylists conversation amongst each other wasn’t mean gossip. Kind gossip and a lot of talk about food. Lol!“
