I called their phone number 706-455-7728 six times in the last 12 business days. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. I can't imagine what a horrible job they would do if they actually showed up with an attitude like that I'm keeping the business card only as a reminder to never call them again for anything. I would not recommend this business.

The fellows at Russell Plumbing are just terrific. We are moving our washer and dryer to our upstairs bathroom, which means we needed a hookup box with hot/cold water and a drain... as well as plumbing vent. Our house is charming, which actually means pretty old and idiosyncratic, so we knew it wouldn't be a walk in the park. Kacey came out and assessed the situation promptly. He gave us a date and--as promised--showed up with his crew and got the job done. They created a minimum of disturbance, did beautiful work, and tidied up completely. I feel nothing but grateful for them.
