After dealing with constant AC issues and high power bills, we finally decided to move forward with a full HVAC replacement and called Phelps Heating & Air. From the first appointment, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward about our options. They took the time to explain the differences between systems, financing, efficiency ratings, and what would work best for our home.
The installation crew showed up on time, worked hard, and completed everything faster than expected while keeping the house clean throughout the process. The new system is noticeably quieter, cools evenly, and has already made a huge difference in comfort.
I began using Phelps Heating and Air when I live in Oxford. I had a system that was only about 2 years old and it had died. Phelps was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I had them put in a new unit and signed up for the service contract. I never had another problem with the HV/AC in that house. I sold that property but the Phelps team still contacted me for the spring maintenance. I let them know I no longer owned that home but I would use them when I purchase another. We have employed Phelps Heating & Air the entire time we have lived in Monroe, Georgia (16 years!!!). Michael is the Phelps service technician we request for EVERY service. He is courteous, friendly, professional and, above all, extremely competent. Michael is the only technician we want to come to our home. If this were a military evaluation, I would check the block [PROMOTE NOW] without any hesitation. He is a credit to Phelps Heating & Air and a model for all technicians in his field.
