“Monroe Optical took the time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I was the last appointment of the day, and they took their time to explain every step of the process. I have mono vision and also have stigmatism in both eyes. I need progressive lenses, and I work on computers all day so I need a pair for the distance of my screens. Instead of just selling me two pair of glasses they want me to try the progressive lenses and if I need a pair for working on my computer, he wrote a prescription for that and I can go back. No pressure in picking out frames or adding anything to the lenses. In fact we went over everything and they didn’t suggest all the add ons I thought I might need.“
