“Receptionists had me wait for several minutes when no one was being helped while they discussed issues with social media. They spoke loud enough for me the hear them clearly. I was finally told by one receptionist by yelling across the waiting area that they had everything they needed. Several minutes later she called me up to check one of my insurance cards. Then they continued their socialization. Poor representatives for re your company.
