10/10!! After everyone told us to replace our 23 year old unit, they came out and adjusted what was needed for now and saved us thousands. Whenever we do replace that unit, we will be using Barfield for sure. Thank you!!

It's hot out! And when the AC stops, you just want someone to answer the phone. Ed answered on the first ring Monday morning. He said that Matt, the tech, would be available on Tuesday and he would give me a specific time on Tuesday morning. At 8:30 this morning, Ed called to say that Matt would be to the house at 1pm. He called again at noon to confirm. And guess what? Matt showed up at 12:59! He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within 90 minutes. Price was incredibly reasonable. Great service. Matt was prompt, professional and explained the a/c and heat pump components clearly. Will definately work with them on any future issues.Service: Heating system repair
