I called on the phone at the Monroe location to see if they take walk in she said yes ! I arrived at 10:03 no one was in the shop left and came back about 10:25 pulled on the door no one was working

They are fast, friendly and they do great work. I always use them for my box braid styles.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give a star. First of all I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair. Ana says ok we can do it, but you should not get the braids big because they will not last long. So I said ok as long as I can still do an updo like on the picture. I asked for knotless box braids. These braids are not knotless and they are so tight I can barely lift them, forget about putting in a ponytail. I paid anyway but I will never go there again nor would I recommend anyone else. They are overpriced for that synthetic kankelon hair and they will not give you the style that you ask for. This was the worst braiding experience I have ever had.

I’ve been going to this shop for a couple of years now, and I think they do a good job with their braiding. I was there on 11/1/24, i arrived a little after 4pm to get boho braids and left by 9:40pm. This makes my second time getting boho braids and they look great! I do wish they would bring their prices down if you were to bring your own hair, because I prefer having human hair for that style. But I’m sure I’ll continue to go for more services in the future!

I just got my hair done 2 days ago and it looks terrible. The ends are unraveling, many of the braids are coming loose, the braids are curling at the shafts, and the braider did not braid past my natural hair.

I contacted the owner and she refused to refund me even though I sent her pictures of my hair.

Unprofessional!! My daughter drove over an hour and waited 45 min and no one ever showed to open the shop. I’ve done business with them in the past but will never return and do not recommend.

I've been going here for my braids for 3 years now and have always been satisfied with my hair (not so much the service) up until recently. I've recommended coworkers on down to my own family members.
The past 3 experiences here were very poor and I will not be returning nor recommending anyone else.

Anna the owner had someone who was inexperienced in the style I wanted do my hair. I was charged extra for a style they did not acheive and also the ends of my hair were extremely frizzy because the ends were not burned or dipped in water. This was my birthday hairstyle and I was totally dissatisfied. My hair did not look like the picture I showed them nor did I get stitch braids although I paid extra for stitch braids. The owner knew all of this and did nothing about it. It's more hurtful when you are a loyal customer and your money is still taken.

This shops bathroom is always filthy and trash always overflowing. Some workers do not wash their hands after using restroom. I truly hope my review saves someone the experience. God bless.
