My husband & I recently joined OTF & it has been a wonderful experience! The LGA Mentorship Program is “one of a kind.” It takes the intimidation out of being a new golfer. This program includes clinics with the pros, education classes & 6 mentors that take you out on the course to teach you the game of golf!
Great time. Beautiful course with an exceptional 19th(bar) with amazing views. The only suggestion I might make is more effort on beautification around tee boxes(think azaleas and other flowery shrubs). Priced fairly considering how nice the course is. Staff was also great and the ranger was respectful when approached. Definitely will be back.
Nice Quiet Getaway…
My husband found Old Toccoa Farm while looking for a nice, cozy getaway in the mountains near Blue Ridge. We didn’t want to rent an entire cabin/house and we certainly didn’t want to stay in the ($350/night) Hampton Inn in Blue Ridge right next to the railroad tracks…again! So we gave this place a try. The cute, little, modern cottages are top-notch! They feel brand new, very nicely appointed with everything you might need. The views of the golf course, nature and the Toccoa River in walking distance make for a very quiet, relaxing experience. This was November with highs in the 40’s and 50’s so not too many golfers on the course.... read full review
