We go out of our way to visit this Petco location for grooming, even though there’s one much closer to our home—and that’s entirely because of Stephanie. She has been absolutely amazing with our mini Goldendoodle, always patient, gentle, and attentive to detail.
We originally came to her through a recommendation from a friend, whose Maltese she has been grooming for years, and it’s easy to see why she’s so highly trusted. She consistently does a fantastic job and clearly cares about the pets she works with.
Jess does a great dog with my dog. I took him multiple other places first that were much more expensive and nowhere near as good. She does a great job on his cut even though he is a bit of a challenge because of separation anxiety combined with barking at every dog and person that walks by. She asks questions and somehow understands what it is that I want him to look like even though I have no idea. I highly recommend her and am so happy I found her.
Jessica at Petco is a true gem—funny, kind, and talented! She saved the day with our scheduling mix-up and gave our Goldendoodle the best groom ever. I gave her the vision and she executed, five stars simply isn’t enough! Kudos to the staff who also created a great shopping experience.
