We have had such a wonderful experience with Georgia Orthodontics and Children’s Dentistry! Everyone at the office is so kind - which was so appreciated by two kids nervous to get their braces. Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions, which was especially appreciated by a mom nervous to put her kids in braces. It has been such a positive experience and we are very grateful to the whole team! The technicians were quick, compassionate, and so patient. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Through out my 21 months of having braces, Cat, Jackie, and Amani has been very helpful making it very easy, painless, and helped keeping me updated through the appointments. I would recommend to anyone looking for dental assistance.

It is a great place!!! All stuff members are professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Patel made me feel comfortable and safe during the whole braces process. It took time but it was worth it and I am so happy with the result!!! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking into braces to go there.

Very good experience. Each appointment was done well, very easy to reschedule if you aren’t available/things change and they worked with us and my schedule very well. Dr. Patel is an awesome person and makes each patient feel welcome and at home. All the employees were also very sweet and kind and very welcoming. 10/10 will recommend

We love Dr. Chong and Dr. Patel, and the hygienists here, but they’re losing three patients because of the front office.

I scheduled my son for a cleaning appointment six months in advance. They started sending out reminder texts as the appointment got closer. Thankfully, I looked at the time in the text (and noticed it was wrong) instead of just confirming it. I texted back and told them it was wrong and they told me they rescheduled it “due to the holiday”. They never called, asked if I could come in earlier, etc. They just decided when it would be convenient for them and told me to be there. I was very angry and said so.

They told me they were “meaning to call before the reminder texts went out”. I looked back in my texts and saw that I had gotten another text a week prior with the wrong time. They had rescheduled me without notifying me at least a week prior and somehow no one had time to call and let me know, letting two reminder texts go out in the process. They let you know repeatedly in reminder texts that siblings aren’t allowed in the clinic and that appointments rescheduled within 48 hours result in a fee, yet they can just move your appointment without telling you and expect you to be there.

Thanks to them I then had to scramble to try to find childcare for my other kids since they don’t allow siblings, all the while still getting reminder texts everyday, with the text that arrived two days before my appointment threatening to cancel my appointment if I didn’t confirm it. They knew I was scrambling to find childcare and didn’t even offer to let me bring my other kids just this once or anything, even though it was 100% their fault I was in that situation.

Pediatric offices should know better than anyone that parents have to arrange everything around their kids’ appointments (childcare, other appointments, etc.), yet they can sneakily change your appointment without asking because it’s before a holiday (the holiday didn’t just suddenly appear so I don’t know why that’s a factor at all). Clearly their time is more valuable than their patients’. I can’t take my kids somewhere that’s going to pull stuff like this. Parents can’t just drop everything and scramble to rearrange everything just because they say to.

I took him to the appointment and saw a new dentist. I mentioned to her that we probably wouldn’t be back after what the front office pulled and she simply replied “ok”. No follow-up questions asking what happened, no concern, nothing. They could not have cared less about what an inconvenience this was. They’re losing three patients.

An amazing team here! Very professional, nice, and sweet people. You can trust them to get the smile you want! Thank you to Dr.Patel, Ruby, and the entire staff. You guys are amazing!!

I scheduled an appointment for my children after being told over the phone that this office accepted my insurance. They even set a date and time. Later, I received a call saying they actually do not take my insurance and they canceled the appointment. This was disappointing and inconvenient, especially since I was originally told otherwise. I would recommend verifying insurance carefully before scheduling to avoid this situation.

I just got my braces off today and I can confidently say this is the best orthodontist office ever!
As a 25 year old, I was really debating whether or not I should’ve done but everyone made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. They were upfront about all treatment costs/timeline and overall a great experience.
