Super prompt in getting me scheduled and the technician was right on time. Overall, a very professional, upfront, and knowledgeable technician. Very impressed and satisfied with the service I received today.
I’m currently packing up to move out of state and I just want to leave a note for people in the Milledgeville area that need HVAC assistance. You will not find another company that will answer so fast, go out of their way, be so friendly, knowledgeable and fair! We had a major breakdown over the Christmas holiday a few years back. We weren’t charged extra because it was a holiday like other companies. They actually care about people. I’m just sorry I can’t take Jay and his company with me. I can only hope I can find another company in the future that’s like this one!
Jay Wright and his team are outstanding. They wired our entire house and installed Rheem A/C units, and everything has been working perfectly since. The company is highly responsive—when one of the A/C units had an issue, they promptly sent out a technician who resolved it right away.
More recently, I asked Jay to install ceiling fans in a room with 20-foot ceilings. Within a few days, two technicians came out and did an excellent job, completing the installation quickly and with great precision.
