I have been multiple times and each time my expectations are met! I have gotten multiple different types of massages. The deep tissue/muscle massage was perfect for preparing before my race. It got all my right muscles loosened for I could prepare the best for my upcoming event. I had shin splints after one of my races and could hardly work. After quickly requesting a massage, he fit me in the next morning and basically healed my shin splints and gave me recovery tips. I have also gotten a relaxing massage which was amazing.
