I dropped my laptop off for repair. I was impressed the moment I stepped in the store. The associate, Colton , greeted me with a warm welcome. I explained what the laptop was doing and he immediately started a ticket. They were able to fix it in a timely manner and the prices are excellent. I highly recommend them if you are in need of IT repair.

Need a nerd is great for providing service for old laptop, formatting, software uploading and repairing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick in providing response and service. It is at walkable distance from college and hotel. It's good that they accept electronics items for recycling. Nice and clean entrance and inside location.

My company recently took over management of the local Georgia Veterans Home in Milledgeville.
