His pricing was fair and his work was top-notch. I trust him completely and won't call anyone else for my HVAC needs.
Hands Down! The Nathan Baugh Heating and Cooling, LLC has the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE ever!!!! Between the awesome owner (Nathan Baugh) that worked with our crazy schedule to the sweet hard working fella (Darren) that came and fixed everything, I could not have asked for better service. They were a true blessing and I definitely recommend them to any and every one!!!!
I got quoted 5,000 more dollars from an another company to replace my unit that was “damaged.” I called Nathan Baugh Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. Not only was the other company lying about the “damage” on the unit - but they were price gouging me. It is so hard to find honest folks in the utility space these days, but Nathan Baugh is a real one. He showed me pictures of my unit compared to damaged ones. Told me the options to better my equipment. Gave me honest pricing. Sent some of the HARDEST most PROFESSIONAL guys I have ever met to do the work for me and my family.
