A couple of us from my company attempted to contact this company/owner to see about enlisting him for work we needed done. It's almost 2 months after we left him voicemails and he's still not returned our calls. Have heard this is a problem with this company--non responsiveness. Use at your own caution.

Well, after having my Laptop having Windows crash for the first time, and my unsuccessful attempt to Recover/Restore it, plus 2 unsuccessful Yelp posted businesses (Phone number called wasn't the business), and 1 place who could have helped. But, I would have had to bring it in (no car, so a bit difficult). So, I turned to Google. Now, originally, I had contacted Computers Plus. But, it turns out, that they contracted out the job to this business. So, this review deals only with localloop. After leaving a message with Computers Plus, Felipe called me back within 20 minutes. I explained my problem, and also asked if he could pick up, and drop-off my Laptop. Sure!... read full review
