I had gotten a silk press yesterday with a wash a requested a trim also I was provided the wash / silk press no trim then not even 24 hours later my hair was all poofy and I came back to the salon to see if there was a way it could be fixed but the owner said I would have to pay the entire 150$ over again mind you I wrapped my hair I was trying to be convenient with them some type of trade or anything and she told me I put water on my hair just trying to claim that I did something to my hair and claim that she has the same type of hair as me I wanted this easy conversation cause I enjoyed the service from ms Regina but first the owner called me a liar and said she couldn’t do nothing for me but it’s okay I’ll take my business else where .
