“Well, after having my Laptop having Windows crash for the first time, and my unsuccessful attempt to Recover/Restore it, plus 2 unsuccessful Yelp posted businesses (Phone number called wasn't the business), and 1 place who could have helped. But, I would have had to bring it in (no car, so a bit difficult). So, I turned to Google. Now, originally, I had contacted Computers Plus. But, it turns out, that they contracted out the job to this business. So, this review deals only with localloop. After leaving a message with Computers Plus, Felipe called me back within 20 minutes. I explained my problem, and also asked if he could pick up, and drop-off my Laptop. Sure! No problem! 8-) Also, he quoted me $150.00. Well, he arrived promptly within the hour, and picked up my Laptop. He told me, it would take a day, or 2. But, he would call me before coming by. Well, at about 2:50PM, he called and told me that my Laptop was ready 8-) And, that he could bring it by in 15 minutes. It was during this conversation, that I found out that Computers Plus, contracted the job to this business. Also, when I went confirm the price of #150.00, he told me, $100.00, as the work didn't take as long as expected. Yay! While I hope I won't need any more computer work done for a while, when I do, I'll be calling this guy first. Also, when the need for a new PC arrises, I'll call them first.“
