Wait time too long- had an 11:00am appt and finally received care for my dog 1 HR and 10 minutes later. I hope they can improve their time schedule or schedule app time more accurately. They are professional and have a good team- very polite and courteous! I feel my dog has excellent care there!

I don't normally post reviews but this place is extraordinary. I am from out of town and had to put our 15 yo dog down while visiting. These people were so kind and caring. You can tell their love for animals rather than money. They made this terrible terrible situation so much better than I could have ever imagined. I've heard horror stories from others who have done this and went to vets near my home (ATL). These people didn't even know me but they cried with me. Truly caring people.

This is the very best veterinarian I have found for our 3 little dogs and cat. We live in Gray, but it is totally worth the drive to take them to Dr. Cheryl Council. She is kind and caring always, in addition to being a top notch vet. It took us a while to find such outstanding care for our fur babies, and we highly recommend them.
