I am totally disgusted with the service you are providing to your older customers! My father is a loyal customer who shops at your store regularly. He was told recently that he could not take the cart outside! That is ridiculous! He had a 50 pound bag in the cart. He is in his late 70s and unable to carry that much weight. He has also asked to have help carrying other heavy things to his car and was told that there was nobody to help and yet some young men who work there are seen going out to their cars for a smoke break. This is totally unacceptable. What kind of place are you operating where you could care less about helping your customers? A poor excuse for a store!
