After reading through reviews and seeing one singular recent dissatisfied individual, i decided to go with CoolMax and it has been a pleasure. The office staff, Jill and Faith, were very knowledgable and patient with me asking a million questions as i tend to do (and would expect others to as well) and the field team were very efficient. The job was complete in no time and i can carry on knowing who to call for my hvac needs moving forward. They were even willing to come back out for what ended up being user error on my part and took the time to help me understand and correct the problem.

I highly recommended Coolmax for any HVAC needs. I recently had them install a new unit, ductwork, and vents, and the entire experience was flawless. Josh Ussery and his team were a total pleasure to work with from start to finish.

The process—from receiving a quote on the best equipment options to the final installation—was completely seamless. I fully intend to use them for all my future servicing and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
