BEWARE!!! Buster Bass owner and operated is very unprofessional, does not show up and will take your money , not complete job and ignore your calls. We are forced with having to file a law suit due to no response through calls, text , and emails for over a month, job not completed at all. After 3-4 weeks at of coming back and forth all hours of the night then finally saying job complete, the next day it goes out again. He will make countless promises of coming back until eventually just ignoring you all together. He basically stole over 1,700 in cash but he will not get away with this!!!!Services: Repair HVAC

Beware!!! Buster Bass owner and operator took our money and did not complete job!!! very unprofessional! After coming back and forth for weeks air was supposed to be fixed and was not. Air worked for a few hours and went back out. We called informing him you of problem and after promise after promise to come back for weeks he has not shown up and does not respond to calls , text or voicemails after being paid in full. Please don't let this happen to you. Run not walk the other way

Called 2 weeks ago & said would be out that morning. Showed up at 6 pm and "washed the ac unit and topped with freon". Paid and was told work was guaranteed. Been waiting several days & still not returned to fix the unit until 9 pm last night. Claims to have "found the leak" & tried to say I might need a new unit when it's only a few years old. I was told he would return in the morning & still not contacted us. Left several messages with no response. And now is actually hanging up when we call him. I absolutely do not recommend Billy Bass. On 4/26/2019: He came and thinks he fixed it. But then charged us an additional 200 dollars to replace the freon that leaked out that he had put in the first time but didn't fix it right so it leaked out. I feel like he's double charging on the freon because it's his fault it leaked out. He doesn't show up when he says he will or return messages/calls & that is unprofessional. Edit 5/5/2019 we've now realized that it is in the same condition as when we first called. It is cooler outside than in our house. So he did not fix the leak. His "guaranteed work" is a lie. We will be contacting someone who is actually an professional at their HVAC job.

Mr. Bass failed to fix our ac unit after being paid the first time. He charged us additional money & today it is not working again. Would NEVER recommend and will be contacting another HVAC company who can actually do what they are paid for. I have never had anyone be so disrespectful & unprofessional while expecting to be paid for an incomplete job.

Donot call bass discount air LLC. Wrist mistake. First billy bass tryed to sell me a new unit when I said no. He came to my home and disconnect all wires to my unit and now I can't even turn my unit on. He was called because my unit blew warm air. This was around October 24th and he hasn't been back he returned my calls. Only reason one star because you have to rate at least one star. This business doesn't deserve any stars.
