February 2023: Great southern missed my house one week because I live off the beaten path but the owner personally reached out to me to apologize and promised that they would come back out the following week which they did. The owner followed up after to make sure I was taken care of, top notch service.
Adam gave me an excellent walk-through of how to protect my home from pests. He was deeply knowledgeable about pests and how they get into homes. Scheduling the appointment was easy too, no phone tag or unreturned calls
The inspector was on time and very experienced and knowledgeable. Even took the time to educate me on how termites can enter and damage a home and what to look for. And the inspector did a very thorough inspection of my house. We felt relieved after his inspection. Would highly recommend.
