Our air conditioning went out recently on one of the hottest days of the year. The technician came out fast & ordered the parts. He even came earlier than the scheduled time the next day. Thank you for the quick reliable service! The girl that answered the phone was also kind and helpful.
Everyone from the beginning of my hot adventure has been amazing! Of course my AC goes out on extremely hot day, but from the emergency phone answering system, to the dispatcher, to the service tech, to the office manager has been extremely professional and outstanding to deal with. I am no longer a hot mess! I highly recommend this company for all of their services. Prompt, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and understanding makes this a five-star company and experience.
I was without air and it was 81 in my house. I called and they were here within 2 hours. Very professional service technician, very knowledgeable,very nice manners.
