My first time in Ulta and I had a $350 list of things and need and Chloe took great care of me her patience, knowledge and knowing her way around the store was phenomenal such a sweetheart! My cashier that day was very friendly actually the entire staff! I went back the next day to exchange some the things the cute male over in the makeup department took care of me thanks again!!!!
I was looking at the hair care products and Mrs. Karen in the Salon came over and gave me some amazing recommendations. Which then led me to make an appointment with her after she just briefly looked at the condition of my hair. This was around March 23 for my first appointment. I felt really comfortable with her and she truly took the time to carefully look at my hair and assess what products and services I should use. I loved that she provided recommendations and how to use the products and why she chose to use them. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she listened and answered any questions and concerns that I had. I had such an amazing experience with Ms. Karen at the Ulta Salon! From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to truly assess the health and needs of my hair. My hair was lacking moisture and nutrients, and Ms. Karen recommended a customized treatment plan that included a nourishing steam treatment, color, trim, and silk press.
What impressed me most was her patience and expertise with textured and curly hair. She carefully separated and treated my long hair section by section, making sure every strand received attention and care. She also educated me on the right products to maintain healthy hair at home, which I really appreciated.
