I was comfortable. I filled my check-in form online, so all I had to do on arrival was head to the room- it's so refreshing not to have to fill in paperwork or answer the same questions I already answered online. The facilities are clean (lobby, massage room, and bathroom). Great atmosphere and friendly service - even the other therapists who came in the lobby were courteous. Looking forward to my next appointment already.”
