I would recommend passing this dealer up. Hubby talked to a "sales girl" on the phone about a used car that hey had listed, made an appt to look at it and told them we would be bringing cash to buy at that time. Got there and the vehicle that was listed on their web site is in Brunswick, GA. Never mind, we'll look elsewhere.

I love this dealership!!!! I had the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman (Carlton) was so kind and honest and went the extra mile for us. Everything from beginning to end was seamless. The paperwork and finance process went seamlessly with (Saloni). If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle you need to go to Sons Honda- they are amazing people...you will love them.

Do not go here they will charge you for a service they will not do. I went to get an oil change and they told me they changed it. My car started acting up a couple of days ago a friend checked it out and said the oil was never changed. They didn't put a filter back in the car either. If you don't want your car to break do not take it to SONS OF HONDA

I scheduled a service at 8am for the recall on my CRV. I spoke with the service department the day before to make sure they had the part and was confirmed. I was instructed to have a quarter tank of gas or less. So I had to drive the night before to get gas down. I even set up a ride because the service was going to take 6 hours. I show up at 8am and they no longer have the part. No offer to call or reschedule.

Went in to buy a used Rav 4 ended up buying a 2021 CRV. Best decision I made. Love my truck. Had a few issues with the service department when getting my oil changes, manager of the service department called me the same day to handled the issue. That was appreciated. Because of that, I still get all my oil changes at this location.

I came to the service department 2 minutes before they closed, as I desperately needed a lug nut taken off. Considering the time they could’ve turned me away but instead they took my car and changed the lug nut for me at no cost.

Good: Service staff knowledgeable. Bad: service extremely slow! It took nearly 5 hours wait time to change my e-brake after being told that it would take 1 hour! Communication regarding what was happening with my vehicle was limited to none. Not sure if I want to return here. If they don't respect my time then why should I even do business with them? A totally bad experience. Wouldn't recommend. If

Express oil change? I arrived at the Sons Honda dealership service department at 7:30am for an oil change. They have two entrance lanes and one exit lane. One lane was completely blocked from entry, because there were brand new Honda CR-Vs blocking the doorway so only one way in. The line was long with six or seven people waiting to check in. After I waited about 15 minutes for someone to ask what I was there for, an attendant comes to my car and asks what I needed. I told him I was there for an oil change. He asked if I was "dropping off or waiting"? Why would I want to drop off a vehicle for an oil change? Because it was going to be 1.5 to 2 hours, before they could get to my vehicle. NO THANKS! There are plenty of drive in oil change businesses where waiting isn't necessary. This dealership continues to struggle with getting their act together.
