If you need a THOROUGH inspection, Mr. Fred is your guy. He is very detail oriented, honest, & knowledgeable. I am not handy by any stretch of the imagination so the issues he discussed with me about the property were very new to me but he always stopped to ask if I had questions AND he provides a report of the inspection with his recommendations that you can look at on your own so it’s not so overwhelming. I’m beyond grateful for his expertise. His service was worth every penny! I plan on utilizing Mr. Fred’s service again after the repairs are done to make sure they were actually done properly.

I was appointed to Skinner Property Inspection by my realtor and from beginning to end the experience was amazing. Mr. Skinner, is very professional, kind, and most importantly honest. Which is something that comes rare these days. Nice guy!!!! The rate was very fair and reasonable. I went into this process thinking I would be paying a lot of money but No, he’s fair and reasonable.
