“We took our dog in for boarding. He's has anxiety and doesn't do well in new environments. This was our first time boarding at The Paw Pad. Seeing him happy verses under distress at pick up was very new. We've boarded him before and every time we picked him up he would look frazzled. We were under the impression that maybe it was due to separation anxiety but now I believe it was the facility. So thank you Paw Pad for being his new home away from home.“

“I started using Oak Hill about a year ago when I adopted a stray that I found (Freyja) Since then I gradually moved my other 2 dogs there as well. This is Juliette pictured here. I absolutely love the staff. They're always very patient and listen but they don't sugar coat things either. Today was Juliettes intake. She has some vet trauma since she was spayed and she gets a little growly with the vet techs. They took their time getting to know her, giving her treats, and she warmed up to them quickly. Even told me I can bring her for happy visits sometimes just to say hi and get her used to the setting without it being scary. I just really appreciate their care. Highly recommend them ?“

“I can’t really give a review on services because I was unable to get them. The individual I spoke to didn’t provide their name and sounded extremely tired and just really wasn’t that helpful. I asked about grooming services and she said they don’t do that yet you can see that they have it listed on their website. And then she said that they could do nail clipping but it would be $100, 25 for the nail clipping and $75 for the service. It’s really sad that you just can’t find service for cats. But I want to share this, so maybe they could correct their website and be a little bit more detailed when it comes to your statement of grooming services“
