While scheduling can sometimes be challenging due to high demand, which indicates people keep going back, the business is highly recommended. After being reached out to, i wanted to update my score for the customer service Milan corporate team provided. Though I am not 100% satisfied with the McDonough location, and I don’t know how my appointments will continue to be handled in the future, I do appreciate corporate reaching out to make it right.**
This location in McDonough is severely understaffed and frequently cancels your appointment because of it. When appointments are rescheduled it’s more weeks out which puts your treatments behind. Just finished my fourth session of bikini laser hair removal with Sharee and all I can say is HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! She’s patient, kind, and always friendly when I come in. She has always made me feel comfortable and informed me throughout the entire process. I’ve never waxed but since I started going to Milan laser I stopped having ingrown hairs, I almost never have to shave, and my hyperpigmentation has drastically reduced and almost completely gone. Sharee at Milan Laser is my #1 recommendation!!!
