Was created upon arrival - taken to pedi chair right away. No “menu” offered and had to grab my own off a counter before I sat down.Thumbed thru menu and decided what I wanted.Waited.Waited.After about 10 minutes at least of no one even walking by me, I was about to leave and a nice older lady who spoke no English, offered to get foot bath started and advised the guy who greeted me I was still waiting.3 min later someone came from the back and started my pedi.It was ok at best. Definitely won’t be going back as I’m only here a few weeks but if I lived here, I also wouldn’t go back as there are plenty of other places with much better reviews.I was given total...read full review

Vivian does fantastic quality work on my nails! My long nails actually lasts when she does them (no breaking or lifting). I never feel rushed and she always listens to my picky needs. Best nail tech I’ve found in the area!

My first and possibly last time at this salon. Just moved to area and been searching for the ‘right’ nail salon. Went in for gel fill and my nails look great HOWEVER the customer service at this place was terrible. My tech was rude and dismissive and even though her work was good-her attitude made this a horrible experience for me….Still on the search for a great nail salon in McDonough Service: Gel manicures
