I was present for the incident and you have a very different version of events than what actually happened. The nail tech you’re speaking on has done my nails and I’ve referred many family and coworkers to her. We’ve never had an issue and were always pleased with her abilities and her demeanor. Absolutely amazing experience with VT! His service was top tier from start to finish. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure my nails were perfect. The conversation was great, the energy was positive and welcoming, and you can tell he truly has knowledge and passion for nails. He made me feel comfortable and took his time to make sure everything was done right. I left not only loving my nails, but also appreciating the whole experience. Highly recommend booking with him!
I went here and the service was really good! It was a small wait time but the guy did my nails really fast and nice! They are also really affordable! I’ll definitely be back!
