Kind, friendly and professional
Besides having a really cool handlebar mustache, Colby did a great job fixing issues to our hot water tank that someone else installed incorrectly and not to code.
We needed a toilet installed in our bathroom and because there were other issues over my head, I needed a plumber. I called a plumbing company and they came out, but the plumber lied to me and my wife and quoted us over $1K to make the repairs. We then called Jett Plumbing and talked with Kayla and she was super helpful and answered our questions. She sent Drew out the next day to look at the install and give us a quote. Drew was patient, kind, and most of all honest. Drew got the repair and install done the same day for a fraction of the cost. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the day before.
