I recently had Adam Armstrong out for a preventative maintenance visit on my A/C, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was meticulous in his work and clearly knows his trade inside and out. He was also very informative throughout the visit. It’s great to have peace of mind knowing the system was handled by a pro. So of course I purchased the membership plan. 5-star service all around!

We started using Chad’s 6 years ago at our previous home for a full HVAC installation & their seasonal maintenance plan. We’ve decided to stick with them for the same services at our new home. They consistently deliver prompt, high-quality work at a fair price. Most recently, we submitted an inquiry on Easter Sunday, got a call back within hours, had an assessment the next day, & were scheduled as soon as we were ready. We worked directly with the owner this time. His assessment was far more detailed than the other companies’, complete with photos, walkthrough videos, & clear explanations of the work to be done. In addition to his extensive knowledge, it’s obvious he genuinely cares about his customers. He came up with a creative solution to help offset the inefficiencies that are driving up the power bill in our relatively small home. When he learned about some respiratory concerns, he empatheticly went out of his way to provide tools to help improve our air quality at no additional cost to us. You really couldn’t ask for more from a company. We highly recommend them, & we will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.

John was our service technician from Chad’s AC and he was very professional. He explained everything about the service being provided. When he finished cleaning the outside unit he wrapped up the hose and turned the water off. You can always count on Chad’s AC. Call Chad’s you won’t go wrong.
