I filled out the online call request for an a/c issue on a Friday night, well after business hours, fully expecting to get a call on Monday. Not only did Gary call me back within half an hour, he was courteous and took time to ask questions. Even though it wasn’t an emergency, he got someone out to me on Saturday. The young man who came was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very impressed.
Mr.Harding came to my house at 7 am to fix my air conditioning after just leaving a message at 6am. It took him 10 mins and I had ac again.
