Cindy Wright was very helpful and patient with me with pre-planning my dad's funeral. My mother is my dad's caretaker and was not able to make these arrangements. This was my fist experience and I'm so thankful for the advice and care given for me to make some difficult decisions.
So my mother passed in May and then, suddenly, my step father passed in September. This was a rough time for me and Bob Fox made it almost tolerable. His professionalism and kindness exceeds my ability to express with words. The whole crew did superior work with everything. TEN STARS.
Today, my husband and I completed our pre-need arrangements at Haistin. Our advisor, Cindy was so compassionate and knowledgeable as she guided us through the process. The process was very efficient as my husband and I each selected the type of service and product that each one of us desired for ourselves. I would highly recommend working with Cindy in advance to create your own pre-need plans and avoid making emotional choices during a time of grief. Knowing that we are locking in our services at today’s prices and avoiding inflation was another plus.
