Best customer service I have seen in a long time! Had a custom ring made and sized to fit from 2 rings. Mr Gray was so helpful with suggestions and the finished product is exactly what I had in mind. Highly recommend!

Do not support this small business. They do not need to be in business. The staff act friendly and helpful but truthfully are arrogant and not helpful in correcting their mistakes. The owners are liars and give horrible customer service. All they do is apologize for failing in fixing watches and then do not follow through in their promises. My wife and I dropped off four watches to be repaired over a month ago. As of 7-19-2025 nothing has been serviced or fixed. Mr. Gray, his wife and son have repeatedly told us they would call us back about what the four watches needed and have failed to do so every time (4 times). Originally when we dropped the watches off close to closing time on a Saturday we were told everything would be ready by the following Wednesday. They did not meet the date promised. When we finally were able to reach them in the phone Mr. Gray apologized for the breakdown in communication and assured us this is not how he does business. Then promised he would have answers in a couple of day and that he would update us on July 7. To which we did not receive a call as promised. Between my wife and I we left three messages later in the week. We are still waiting on a return phone call to those messages. We were trying to be patient and give Gray jewelers a chance and figured they might have been busy. Finally after no return call we drove over to see if they were open and saw a note in the window that they were on vacation. This left us confused as to how they knew they were going to close for vacation and still promised us a call. So finally I call and get Mr. Gray in the phone on 7-18-2025. He is very apologetic and says he will have the watches completed by Saturday at 2:30 and call me. He tells me everything is in good condition and should be in working order by Saturday at 2:30. Still no call on Saturday as promised. So my wife and I go to the shop and are informed by his son that no work has been completed and that my Movado needs a movement. I told them it wasn't keeping time and it probably needed a movement when it was dropped off a month ago. Well after Mr. Gray assured me yesterday that it is in great shape and won't need a movement today a month after it was dropped off I am informed it needs a movement. I took all of my watches and walked out the door. Then as we are leaving his son as smug as can be was like have a great weekend.

Mr. Gray is the most caring business owner I have ever met. His talent is evident in his work, too! I've never had a less than perfect experience with my repairs, adjustments, or sales at Gray's. I'll never have anyone else handle my jewelry as long as Gray's doors are open.

This was my first time using Grays Jewelry repair. Very friendly and patient over the phone and in person. I contacted them about 1 tennis bracelet, but because they' were so nice, I asked them to repair 2 other pieces. Super fast and my jewelry looked better than when I first purchased it. I've decided that as long as I'm in this area, this will be my repair spot. I wish them much continued success!

Great service. I was referred here from Sam's optical to repair my Jimmy Choo glasses. I was not disappointed. Fast Service . Not only are they an optical repair shop they are also jewelers and sell jewelry. These guys are awesome

I had two rings sized and 3 cleaned and they turned out absolutely stunning! I didn't know my jewelry could look so good! I highly recommend grays they have done beautiful pieces for my family for awhile now!

Owner broke my ring by stretching it, but didn't tell me. Was supposed to use gold I provided to size it, but kept the gold and gave my ring to me broken. Don't use Gray's. They're dishonest.
