I Our air conditioning went out on a Saturday night, and the service from Evans HVAC was outstanding from start to finish. The owner, Chris, personally called me that evening and spent time troubleshooting the issue over the phone. Unfortunately, it turned out to be something that needed an expert to diagnose.
Their technician, Mann, arrived first thing Sunday morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to track down a hidden problem that could have easily been missed. Once the necessary part arrived on Monday morning, he had everything repaired and our AC running again by 10:00 AM.
