I’ve been a customer here for about 3 years now. My hair has always turned out really nice. I’ve continued to book appointments here despite customer service issues because they do a good job and the location is convenient for me. The customer service here has been disappointing. On multiple visits the braiders here have been rude or they would have an attitude. The reason why I have decided to stop coming here completely is because when I explained what hairstyle I wanted which was knotless braids to my butt the person on the phone seemed irritated and it made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. This is also not the first time this has happened. In the past the braiders have complained or seemed irritated about the hairstyles I wanted even though I had already booked the appointment before I got there. Despite the quality in their work I have felt unwelcomed multiple times. I can’t remember a time where I went there and enjoyed my experience there. I don’t feel comfortable getting my hair done here anymore and have decided to take my services somewhere else.

Do not go here she is rude and started cussing because I did not ask for a 300 dollar hair style and only wanted to get my daughter two corn rolls and by looking at the pictures she needs to practice more anyway

This is like my 3rd time here usually my hair looks good they just are not good on time at all , they stop to start others , they are not considerate when they messed up I had to pay $200 for large knotless that looked nothing like what I wanted the whole back row was messed up my part is messed up and they sent me out the shop that way no compensation or nothing , don’t come here it’s a waste of money and time and they are very inconsiderate and rude

I called before going and said I want boho knotless and I have my own human hair. I arrive to get my hair washed with a bucket and a cup. I let that slide. We get to the braids and 4 people are going fast. I was actually impress. They put curls at the end and I ask for straight but she said that another lady told her that I wanted straight I’m 100 percent sure nobody asked me anything. So she said I can make them straight I said fine and thank you.. I get home to do my hair maintenance then I see that the ends are already nappe.. why? The braided assumed I wanted curly so they didn’t braid to the end. So I get up and head there and I’m there at 9 on the dot. A man greets me and says she’s on the way. She comes and I explain my situation and she says I have a customer to do but to me that’s not fair if I show u my hair and the mistakes that was made. I said just give me back the curls I’m pushed for time. She did that and loaded it up with moose. My hair looks a mess and my boho curls are falling out around family. It’s so bad my mom said that’s what you get for cheating on your braider. I payed and tipped 20 dollars. I will not return. They just want your money and will rush on your head. 290 gone to waist including the human boho hair that’s falling out and leaving a trail every where I go so embarrassing but parts were clean and the size of the braids. Only positive thing I can say
