I recently had to change Dentists from a practice I have been with for the last 35+ years due to insurance, so to say I was apprehensive is an understatement. But this office did not disappoint. I am a Clinical Office Manager for a busy Gyn office, so I tend to be a little more observant of the 'behind the scenes' things, and I can truly say this office is on point! The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly felt cared for and appreciated as a patient. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist, but the entire team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was extremely clean, and everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Kayla, the hygienist, was amazing, she explained everything she was about to do before doing it, which really helped ease my anxiety. My cleaning was gentle, and I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Lee was awesome as well. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel heard and cared for. Overall, my experience was a 10/10, and I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those who are nervous about dental visits.
