Justin came to our home to diagnose our air unit, he was great! He took his time to listen and check everything on the unit until the problem was solved. I Will definitely recommend Riverside Heating and Air to all family and friends.
The guy that came was able to address the issue that’s making us not get cool air. Almost got ripped of by another company. Honest and knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend!
I had an issue with my gas pack furnace blowing fuses. Michael (a Technician with Riverside) came to check it out and discovered the thermostat had some discoloration around the wiring that indicated it was overheating. He replaced it saying this could cause the fuse to blow but he wanted to check everything. He looked the unit over throughly and even went under the house checking the wires and while looking at the wires between the unit and under the house he discovered a nicked wire. He repaired the bad spot on the wire which also was contributing to my problem.
