Alex is a great service technician! He always calls to let us know he’s on the way. He does a great job inside our house and outside our house. He’s always there when we need him.
MICHAEL is new to the company. We met him for the first time this week. He was wonderful, explaining in detail why they were changing out the termite traps. He made sure we understood everything and he did a super job putting in the new termite traps.
I’ve been a customer of Horne’s/Massey since 1999. I have been consistently pleased by the professional and personable staff that have come out to provide pest control services. I am not particularly scared of bugs, but when it comes to things like mice and other four legged creatures, I don’t feel so confident. the company has gone out of its way to patiently support any efforts to minimize creature intrusion, and any questions that I’ve had have been answered appropriately. Most recently I’ve had Dylan come out to provide the services, and he does so efficiently and pleasantly(His manager even came today and was just as nice!).
