“First off I have no problem with staff. They are always great. What I do have a complaint about is their billing. Apparently since I hadn't been there in a little over a year they charged me as a new patient. Never mentioned this to me. Charged me a ridiculous amount to freeze off one tiny little spot. Then charged me another crazy amount to remove 2 more. No one said their pricing had changed. No one said you pay this for the first and this for the second up to the fourteenth spot. NOTHING! I think I will find a new dermatologist.

The girls at the front desk are also kind and helpful. Every visit I make is very pleasant and I never have to wait for a long time. Even if you need to modify appointment, it is very convenient. If there is a ten-star review, I will give them ten stars. I really don’t have any complaint.“
