I had the most wonderful experience at my appointment! From the time I walked in until the time I walked out, I was greeted with the utmost professionalism. The front desk ladies made my new patient process very quick and easy. The medical assistant who listened to my concerns listened very attentively and thoroughly and accurately relayed them to Dr. Lewis-Hebert. This was my first encounter with Dr. Lewis-Hebert and it was splendid. I walked out with not only answers but also solutions. I cannot wait to report back with an update. I absolutely refer the entire practice to anyone.
It's really unfair that such a good clinic has such a low rating. My son's dermatologist Danielle, is so kind and sincere. We talked just like a friend. The girls at the front desk are also kind and helpful. Every visit I make is very pleasant and I never have to wait for a long time. Even if you need to modify appointment, it is very convenient. If there is a ten-star review, I will give them ten stars. I really don’t have any complaint.
I usually dont put reviews but.. I was disappointed. My doctor, Lauren, is great! But, the front desk staff turned me off. I come inside and they look the other way. Then, I started to have insurance problems (as everyone does). At least one of them wanted to help me not pay a bill I couldn’t afford at the time; the other one kinda said “let her pay the full amount”. Not helpful at all. Then, one of the receptionist actually helped me and got the manager involved in my insurance problems (initially they said that it wouldn't cover anything so clearly the front desk staff need more training).
