“I remember the service I received there back in 2018 being great… for the last month or more I have been trying to get copies of my treatment records … 4 phone calls no call backs and the same story each call… “we will have to look for your records because they are old and not stored/kept like normal” or something to that effect… I am now on a 30 day time clock with the VA to have these records submitted to them and my last phone call did not seem promising at all…
