I felt educated, well-adjusted, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Casanova did an excellent job, and Dr. Pidcock even took the time to personally introduce himself and welcome me on my first visit. I also noticed how warmly he greeted another patient by name, just as I saw the front desk team greet others as they walked in.
