I remember the service I received there back in 2018 being great… for the last month or more I have been trying to get copies of my treatment records … 4 phone calls no call backs and the same story each call… “we will have to look for your records because they are old and not stored/kept like normal” or something to that effect… I am now on a 30 day time clock with the VA to have these records submitted to them and my last phone call did not seem promising at all…

I have been coming here for a long time when I have issues. They always go above and beyond by treating my specific issues and give good advice on how to prevent reoccurence. I am always good as new after a few trips.
Absolutely HEAVEN sent! I went to ER and dr's office multiple times without any relief... Not until I went to visit Dr Pidcock was I able to actually sit up and walk again! Him and his staff are the absolute BEST! Thank you so much Dr Pidcock for all of your help! I give 10 STARS!!!
