This is my absolute favorite place! I work at the hospital and go to this gym and I absolutely love it. It has a swimming pool, pickleball courts, group fitness classes, weight rooms on cardio and they also offer personal trainers at an extra cost as well as a masseuse. The locker rooms have saunas and steam rooms as well as a heated whirlpool.
We love our gym! Location-wise this works great for me because it's close to work and in my way home. I never have trouble getting in and out of the area. Parking is reserved in the structure for members and they have a shuttle during daytime hours to and from the building if the walk is too much or it's raining.
The facility is well cared for and clean. Women's locker rooms recently received an update. There are private spas and saunas for men and women and massage services on-site.

Been a member since 2018, and it’s a place I consider my second home. I’ve been a gym rat for 20+ years and this place is a breath of fresh air. This isn’t your 10$ a month club, this is better than that.
Free classes everyday, childcare, indoor pool, steam room, sauna, newer well kept equipment, group fitness rooms including a spin room and yoga studio, medical personnel with professional trainers, racket and pickleball courts, professional masseuse, I’m probably forgetting a few other things.
