I walked right in was greeted with a very pleasant smile from both Annie and Amber. I needed my glasses readjusted because they were falling off my face. Annie took them right to the back, did her magic really fast at that. I thought I was going to have to drop them off and pick them up later. This is the most amazing customer service I've experienced in quite a long time. I'm going to brag about this forever.
Amber and Annie are very friendly and assertive when it comes to my needs.. they are two of the best employees that I have seen at Walmart vision center… Amber deserves to be in a lead position and quit frankly she should be promoted. Thank both of you’ll for your hard work and dedication to me
I have had multiple great experiences at this Wal-Mart vision center. I am pretty rough on my glasses and Amber has been great to help me with a several minor fixes to my frames. She is always pleasant and goes above and beyond with her friendly customer service. The last time I purchased new frames they didn't work well with my eyes and everything was a little blurry. They rechecked my eyes for free and confirmed the perscription was correct but the shape of the lens created a problem for me.
