I can't speak to the other reviews. I can only say how my experience was. I was greeted immediately and asked to pick a color. They let me wait in one of the massage chairs (yes please). Even though they were busy they made sure to apologize and tell me they were sorry that they were understaffed because it was a week day. I understood completely. The lady doing my nails was very sweet and took her time even though other people were waiting. First time here and I'll definitely be back.
