Just had the BEST FACIAL with McKenna!!!! What a wonderful experience. She is very Professional and experienced in facials. She took her time, and explained things about my skin. (i'm in my 70's) and have wrinkles and age spots. I think of her as a friend. She is Amazing! Can't wait to go back!!
At 3-13, it is obvious a superior customer experience is their priority. The staff is a well oiled machine who collaborates beginning to end to achieve that goal. Atmosphere is fun and friendly. You feel welcomed and special as soon as you open the door. Shampoos include the “royal” treatment with paraffin wax hand massages, scalp massages and a back massage!
Management invests in their team and it shows in many ways; from the young talent they train via their apprentice program, to continuing education programs for all staff, recognition programs and the longevity of team members.

this salon is absolutely my favorite I've ever been to. the environment is very friendly, fun, and upbeat, and every stylist I've seen there has been amazing! in particular Chloe and Jared are my favorites, for curating a great experience, beautiful work, and always making me feel welcome and listening to what I want.
