My experience with Summit Heating and Air was excellent. Phone customer service is prompt, courteous and helpful. When I called them because my air conditioner was not working, customer service scheduled the technician CJ to come the same day,exactly at the time I requested and he finished the job quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional service, would highly recommend, also as an authorized Carrier service.

From my initial call to the end of the repair, everyone was incredibly helpful. The technician, Daniel V., was friendly and focused on giving me the best option to get me up and running. He explained every step and went above and beyond the repair/part replacement, cleaning all the coils and helping me understand how to keep my unit clean and ready to work for me!!! I always recommend Summit when anyone is looking for HVAC help and today’s service call and good care by Daniel proves why!!
